I walk you through the process of setting up a poster design for print, within Adobe InDesign that can be easily understood by a beginner.

I do suggest that you use Photoshop for designing the actual artwork of your poster design, and then move that over to inDesign which is where you will then add the text and logos to your poster.

Then I show you how to export your poster for print in InDesign. So after watching this InDesign tutorial for beginners, I hope you are totally clear on how to export a poster for print using Adobe InDesign 🙂

hey mate you mention that you can outline the font once it is in indesign incase the printing company doesn’t have your font, do you send the .AI file of your logo alongside the exported indesign PDF aswell or does that data automatically save with the export?
