A quick and simple tutorial about transitions in Lightworks 14 and a couple of other handy hints.
Author: Weasel Zombie
Hi – you added “dissolve” by picking it from your “recently used effects”. Where does it live normally for those of us who haven’t used it recently?
man this helped so much! sub’d for sure
How do you go to the preview tab?
Thanks a lot! Hard to understand that from written forums, now its clear.
Nice tutorial thank you for your video
This saved my brain from exploding!. Thanks!
That’s hideously long-winded! Did the people at Lightworks forget to put a drag and drop transition in?
Seems like a huge pain in the ass just to add a transition. Good lord.
I don’t understadn why the creators made this so complicated. Thanks Weasel Zombie!.
Is the transition effect available on the free version of the software as well ?
Okay, say you cut up and edited a series of videos together already. Is there a way to make the transitions after in the sequence? As opposed to before in the clips.
so this is great for between 2 clips. What if I’m at the beginning of my video and I want to essentially fade in from black, or at the very end I want to fade to black, and not just have 2 clips blended together?
Thanks mate! This helped A LOT. Great job at being concise and making sense. Another video I had just watched did a terrible job (from my being a rookie and all) of describing it. This just helped step-by-step. I’m subbing and looking forward to seeing more of your tutorials!
Thanks mate for this tutorial. That dissolve effect is very helpful! Keep going!
