Marvin Barnes says:

Thanks Maliek. Great tutorial. Gave me ideas on how to make several PIP in one video. Looks easier using crop and resize.

Umoja TWO TV says:

Late night upload??? It’s crazy, because I’m up watching it. Great job, for looking out for the people, who can’t fall asleep. LOL!!! My manz…

Frog - Tech - Tips says:

Thanks man as always and yop I use that crop already and I can’t believe how easy is to do that in this brilliant software

Kentucky Ranger says:

*WOW!* While I can get these results in Studio 18 Ultimate, 21 Ultimate makes is soooo easy, by incorporating these controls in the preview window!
Also, you bring up the real reason many of us semi pro’s shoot in 4k, and why professionals shoot on 8k.
It makes 1080p post production sooo easy! To be able to crop, pan, and zoom, with little to no loss, is the *BEST!* And most used *”Secret”* to professional editing.

David Trevathan says:

Maliq, Can you tell me if there is a way to import the Red Giant effects from Avid Studio into Pinnacle 21? Very nice videos I have watched many of your videos and they help a lot.

Bert S says:

Hello Maliek, nice tutorial again, as always. I learn a lot and love it!
I own a Sony FDR-AX53 (4K and HD). So far I didn’t anything in 4K, however cropping 4K to 1080p was one reason to buy this marvelous camera. My question is: can keyframes be used while cropping? In your original clip the boat is moving forward and backward within the image. You crop a certain image, however then the boat may disapear from the image in playing the whole cropped clip. Can using keyframes prevent that?

Bob Wolf says:

I know you wanted us to tell you if we might be using the crop and resize on both video and photos. I’m sure it will be on both. I thank you for the wonderful work you are doing to help the pinnacle 21 ultimate users to come up to speed. The new menus and interface in P-21 Ultimate are hard to get used to after all the other versions of Pinnacle I have used in the past. Overall I love the new P-21 Ultimate. I’m so glad these versions are becoming even more professional than they have ever been.
